Free and Reduced Lunch Application

You only need ONE APPLICATION PER HOUSEHOLD for your children in the Victor Elementary School District. Please remember to list all members of the household including children not yet in school or children in grades 7 or higher on the application. Is There School Today?

When school is closed due to inclement (bad) weather, it will be announced on local radio stations including Y-102 (KZXY-FM 102.3) and K-Frog (KFRG-FM 103.1) the day that school is to be canceled. 

School Accountability Report Card

The governing boards of California school districts must annually prepare and issue the School Accountability Report Card (SARC) for each elementary and secondary school under their jurisdiction. SARC reports are required by law to provide parents, the local business community, and interested parties with important information about a school's progress in 16 key areas. These conditions cover such topics as progress toward meeting goals in reading, writing, and arithmetic progress toward reducing dropout rates and the amount of funds spent on salaries and other services. The School Accountability Report Card was established by Proposition 98, an initiative passed by California voters in November of 1988.

New Student Registration

Registration is Monday - Thursday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Items you will need to bring with you are your child's up-to-date immunization record, birth certificate, proof of residency (utility bill) and your photo identification. You may download the registration forms and bring them with you to the office. If you wish to attend field trips, work in your student's classroom, volunteer on campus, etc., you must attend a short training and complete an application. Check the "Parent Calendar" section of this website for upcoming trainings, which are presented monthly.
