Round tables should be left in the rooms assigned, unless meeting calls for assembly seating. Equipment is available on a "first come, first serve" basis (TV, VCR, Overheads (2), Chart Stands, Chart Paper, LCD Autoscreen.) There are extra chairs in the closet if needed. Banquet style tables are set up outside rooms for food, and beverages. If rooms are not left in original setup, your privileges may be revoked for future use.
NOTE:
This form must be submitted not less than 3 days prior to the event. The District Office Reception (245-1691) is responsible for reservations. You may call for availability but telephone reservations will not be accepted. All reservations must be submitted by hitting "SUBMIT" at the bottom of this on-line request form or via printed form and are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation.

The Event Contact Person is responsible for all set-up, take-down, and leaving the room(s) in good condition (including removal of all event materials, food items, and trash put in receptacles). There is NO custodial staff (nor Ed. Services or Food Services staff) available at the Conference Center to help with set-up, take-down, or clean-up. As a courtesy, if your event is cancelled, please notify the DO receptionists.
