The staff and I at Brentwood School of Environmental Studies welcome you and are confident your children will have a successful and rewarding school year as we have a dynamic team of staff, families, and students. Our goal is to provide meaningful, engaging 21st-century instruction while infusing our school of choice focus, Environmental Studies, into everyday curriculum.

We believe that all students should have access to real-world opportunities, priding ourselves in many field trips that match our curriculum and focus. Our school offers after school activities such as cheerleading and basketball, as well as various electives such as robotics and art. We take pride in promoting appropriate student behavior, keeping a positive school atmosphere through the use of our behavioral statement, BARK, in which students are taught and held responsible for:

  • Being kind
  • Acting Responsibly
  • Respecting Others
  • Keeping Safe

We welcome and encourage family engagement at our site. School is important! Volunteering your time and participating in activities in the classroom and on campus shows your child that you value education and promotes positive interactions that will last a lifetime for your child. There are several ways to volunteer and be a part of the Brentwood team, such as:

  • Brentwood Booster Club (BBC)
  • School Site Council (SSC)
  • Pastries with the Principal
  • English Language Advisory Committee (ELAC)
  • Classroom Volunteer
  • Field Trip Chaperone
  • Extra-curricular Advisor and Coaching

We look forward to working with you, as striving towards our goals as a school/home partnership has a direct correlation to increasing student achievement and success, as well as instilling a goal and path in the lives of our students.
