Shared Leadership and Community Involvement
We believe in shared leadership, giving our schools the freedom to make decisions that best serve their students and communities. Each school has a dedicated Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) team made up of a principal, assistant principal, instructional coach, school psychologist, and school safety coordinator. These teams work closely with students, families, and staff to support academic, attendance, behavior, and social-emotional learning (SEL) needs.

Students learn best when they feel safe, connected, and valued. We foster positive school cultures through school safety initiatives, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), social-emotional learning, and student wellness programs.
Student Engagement
Regular attendance, active participation, and meaningful learning experiences help students succeed. We work closely with families to promote attendance, encourage engagement, and celebrate student growth.

Education is strongest when schools and families work together. We value open communication and actively seek input from parents, students, staff, and community members to help guide district decisions.
