Shared Leadership and Community Involvement
We believe in shared leadership, giving our schools the freedom to make decisions that best serve their students and communities. Each school has a dedicated Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) team made up of a principal, assistant principal, instructional coach, school psychologist, and school safety coordinator. These teams work closely with students, families, and staff to support academic, attendance, behavior, and social-emotional learning (SEL) needs.

At Victor Elementary School District, our goals are the same in every school and every classroom. We are committed to helping all students grow academically, supporting their social and emotional well-being, and partnering closely with families and our community.
Goal 1: Academic Growth for All Students
We want all students to show growth in English Language Arts and mathematics on both state and local measures. We are especially committed to ensuring that our English Learners make steady progress in English language proficiency so they can fully access grade-level learning.
Goal 2: Social and Emotional Learning
We know students learn best when they feel safe, supported, and confident. All students will demonstrate progress in social and emotional learning skills, based on state and local measures. This includes skills like building positive relationships, managing emotions, and making responsible decisions.
Goal 3: Communication, Engagement, and Attendance
We are working to increase communication and engagement with students, staff, and families. VESD will provide resources and support to improve attendance and participation in school and district events, so families can stay informed, involved, and connected to their child’s education.
