We are accepting online enrollments using Synergy ParentVUE for the 2021/2022 school year.
(note: students are automatically enrolled in the same school the next year, new enrollment forms are only necessary for students changing schools or adding a new student)

The following documents are requirements for in-seat school entry, grades TK-6, and must be provided along with the completed registration form in order to complete the enrollment process. Pictures of these items can be uploaded during the online registration or can be emailed separately to [email protected] (please be sure to reference your student’s name and school applying to if emailing documents).
1. Parent/Guardian Photo ID
2. Proof of Residence (Utility Bill)
3. Copy of IEP/504 (if applicable)
4. Birth Date Verification via one of the following methods (per Ed Code 48002):
- Birth Certificate
- Statement by Local Registrar / County Recorder
- Baptism Certificate
- Passport
- Affidavit
5. The following Immunizations are required for in-seat school entry:
- 5 Doses DPT/DtaP/DT/Td
- 4 Doses Polio
- 3 Doses Hepatitis B
- 2 Doses MMR
- 2 Doses Varicella
NOTE: Special Education documents should be submitted to the school in person.
