Victor Elementary School District offers health and welfare benefits to all eligible employees. Our goal is to provide resources to keep you informed so that you may utilize the plan benefits to their fullest potential.

The Employee Benefits Open Enrollment Period was held 4/29/24 through 5/17/24.  Changes made during open enrollment will go into effect July 1, 2024.

Health Advocate - Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Health Advocate - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers confidential support
from EAP Professionals, who can help you work through personal,
family or work issues to feel more balanced and productive. Support is
available via phone, text, chat, video or face-to-face

*New* CSEBA Wellness Plan - Limeade One

The current wellness vendor (Go364 ) is ending. Cash out your Go365 "bucks" prior to the June 30, 2024 end date.

Beginning July 8, 2024 employees enrolled in a CSEBA Kaiser or Blue Shield Plan will have access to Limeade One the new Wellness Program.

Teladoc 

Employees enrolled in a CSEBA Blue Shield Plan can receive care when and where you need it.  Employees have access to Teladoc's national network of US board-certified physicians, licensed in California.  Teladoc doctors are available 24/7 by phone or video.

 

Qualifying Event Changes - Adding or Dropping a Spouse or Dependent(s)

Changes that involve adding dependents due to marriage, birth, or adoption of a child, must be reported within 30 days of the event. A marriage or birth certificate is required when adding a dependent to the insurance.

Optional Voluntary Insurance Plans

Enrollment, cancellation or changes to these plans can be made during the open enrollment period held during the first three weeks in May. The cost to enroll in these plans is processed as a payroll deduction.
