Special Meals and/or Accommodations Form - This form is to be used when: Participant has a disability or a medical condition and requires a special meal or accommodation. Participant does not have a disability, but is requesting a special meal or accommodation due to food intolerance(s) or other medical reasons.

The Victor Elementary School District (VESD) Wellness Policy emphasizes the importance of providing a healthy school environment that promotes students' physical activity and nutrition. The district aims to foster lifelong healthy habits by engaging students, parents, and the community in the development and implementation of wellness policies. VESD will be implementing the Community Eligibility Program in the 23/24 school year. This means , one breakfast and one lunch will be provided at not cost for all students in Victor Elementary School District and no meal application is necessary.
