Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to make changes or corrections to your insurance.  Changes become effective July 1, 2021.

Check your email for the link to schedule a one-on-one meeting
with a Bridge Program representative during Open Enrollment.

Appointments with Aetna and Kaiser representatives are
available 5/10/21 through 5/14/21
(Check your e-mail for details on how to schedule an appointment)

Note that representatives will only be able to discuss the Aetna and Kaiser
components of your plans and not the Bridge component.

The High Desert Trust Life Life Insurance Provider is changing from Unum to Mutual of Omaha effective 7/1/21.  No action is required by currently enrolled employees unless making changes to voluntary supplemental life insurance during Open Enrollment.  Scroll down to optional voluntary insurance plans section if you need to making changes for Open Enrollment.

your voluntary supplemental life insurance.

Schedule an appointment with an American Fidelity Representative
Contact American Fidelity at 1-800-365-9180 to enroll, make changes, cancel or for information
Employees enrolled in a Flexible Spending Account must re-enroll every year.
