Victor Elementary School District’s vision is to prepare students to be able to select from a variety of career opportunities and to be successful in the world of work. This task is monumental given our world of work is changing more quickly now than it has in any other time in history. As president of the board of trustees, I can assure you VESD is up for this challenge.

Message from Jan Gonzales - Superintendent

Welcome to Victor Elementary School District’s website which provides a glimpse of an outstanding district. This is evident in VESD having a district Academic Performance Index (API) score of 813 in 2011. Five of our eighteen schools have API scores over 800 and two of our eighteen schools are over 900. VESD is ranked 7th out of 33 districts in San Bernardino County based on API. VESD accomplishes this by giving defined autonomy to each school which means there is site by site decision making to meet the needs of students. Coupled with defined autonomy is our commitment to our vision and mission.
