ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES
MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT

Victor Elementary School District (“District”) requests statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide comprehensive Architectural/Engineering Design Services to the District for upcoming projects anticipated to begin in the next 5 years.

It is the desire of the District to select a pool of highly qualified Architectural/Engineering firms that can meet or exceed the District’s requirement to provide the highest quality design service at reasonable costs. If you are interested in providing a proposal for Architectural/Engineering Services, please submit a detailed statement of interest in accordance with the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). All submittals will be reviewed for their apparent ability to meet District requirements and provide the highest quality Architectural/Engineering Services available.

The selected firms must sign the attached Master Agreement for Architectural Services. The terms included within the Agreement are non-negotiable. Responses to this RFQ should encompass all contract deliverables included within the Master Agreement, and full performance of all items should be reflected in the fees schedule provided in the proposal.
 

Statements of Qualifications are due by 4:00 PM on April 8, 2022 and must be clearly marked “SOQ for A/E Services, VESD”.  Fax or email responses will not be accepted.

Victor Elementary School District (“District”) requests proposals from qualified firms to provide LOR - Specialty Inspection & Materials Testing Services required for construction of the Parking Lot Striping and Associated ADA Improvements at eight (8) elementary school campuses beginning June 17, 2022.

If you are interested in providing a proposal for LOR – Specialty Inspection & Materials Testing Services, please submit a detailed statement of interest in accordance with the Request for Proposals (RFP). All submittals will be reviewed for their apparent ability to meet District requirements and provide the highest quality LOR Services available.

The selected firms must sign the attached DRAFT Professional Services Agreement for LOR – Specialty Inspections & Materials Testing Services. The terms included within the Agreement are non-negotiable. Responses to this RFP should encompass all inspection services included within the Agreement, and full performance of all items should be reflected in the fees schedule provided in the proposal.

PROJECTS AT EIGHT (8) CAMPUSES
 

 APRIL 4, 2022

Victor Elementary School District (“District”) requests proposals from qualified firms to provide IOR Services required for construction of the Parking Lot Striping and Associated ADA Improvements at eight (8) elementary school campuses beginning June 17, 2022. The District anticipates that one (1) Class 2 IOR will be added to the team as a result of this procurement.

If you are interested in providing a proposal for IOR Services, please submit a detailed statement of interest in accordance with the Request for Proposals (RFP). All submittals will be reviewed for their apparent ability to meet District requirements and provide the highest quality IOR Services available.

The selected firms must sign the attached DRAFT Professional Services Project Inspector Services Agreement. The terms included within the Agreement are non-negotiable. Responses to this RFP should encompass all inspection services included within the Agreement, and full performance of all items should be reflected in the fees schedule provided in the proposal.
